One Happy Customer Wanted To Say...

"First, the cheesecake was gorgeous. From the delicate carmelization of the top, to the rustic cracks, to the beautifully placed strawberry decoration, it was a feast for the eyes (and the nose, because it smelled TERRIFIC). I served it after a hearty dinner, and several people still went back for seconds. When I asked for reactions, my brother-in-law said: "Delicious...I'm going to need a second piece before I tell you anything more." My cousin called the cheesecake "exceptional," while several others echoed with "delicious." Personally, I loved the sweet crispiness of the caramelized sugar on top, the tender crust, and the velvety-smooth cake itself. It was light and creamy, not overly rich or too dense as many cheesecakes are. Your advice to serve it chilled was spot-on, as the texture improved even more when the cake was well-chilled. Overall, one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. Thank you so much for a tremendous dessert!"

Crème Brûlée Cheesecake

For anyone who has never had crème brûlée , first - I'm sorry. It is incredible. Second, it is a very rich custard that has been completely chilled, and right before serving, sugar is sprinkled over top, then caramelized with a handheld torch to golden-brown perfection. It is very rich and very delicious.

This delicious piece takes the best parts of cheesecake and crème brûlée and combines them for a visual and culinary showstopper!

This velvety rich cheesecake starts with a vanilla wafer crust. The filling is flavored with real vanilla bean and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, and made with only the best cream cheese. The
pièce de résistance of this beautiful cheesecake is a caramelized sugar topping. It is stunning and it is also delicious. It gives a really unique flavor to this cheesecake. I can't say enough about how much I love the texture and flavor of crème brûlée topping.

This gorgeous cheesecake is a stunning piece to serve at a birthday or family gathering.

(This cheesecake can also be made into miniatures.)

White Cake with Cream Cheese-Whipped Cream Frosting... and Strawberries

Remember how I told you about the "America Cake" that could be made into a double layer?

Well, I just wanted you to see what it looks like.

First, it is very tall and very pretty on the outside.

Second, I put chopped strawberries as filling in the cake, because it was too hard to resist. There's also real vanilla bean in the cake.

So the inside is really pretty too.

I put tons of strawberries on top, too, cause strawberries are so delicious and so pretty.

I put a lot of strawberries on a lot of cakes. They're just so pretty and yummy.

Did I mention that this cake is really huge? And really pretty?

This double-layered white cake, made with real vanilla, is such a stunner. Two layers of white cake are frosted with a homemade cream cheese-whipped cream frosting, and both filled and covered with glazed strawberries.

When I was asking my friends what I should name this cake, my friend stopped licking his plate (seriously!) just long enough to say, "Yummy Cake." I don't think I'll go with that name, but that probably tells you how good this cake is!

"I wanted to tell you how much we absolutely loved the Chocolate Extreme Cheesecake. It was so rich and chocolate-y - its a chocoholic's dream! The taste and texture were amazing, and all the chocolate curls on top just made it even more incredible. All of us loved it, including my 2 year-old who kept asking for more. Be advised that I am going to be ordering cakes from you for everything - my birthday, my kids birthdays, Tuesday, etc. Thank you so much for such a great cheesecake."

Extreme Chocolate Cheesecake

This chocolate cheesecake really is extreme.

It starts with a homemade Oreo crust. Dark chocolate is added to an ultra-smooth cheesecake filling to make it extra decadent.

The ultimate touch of luxury comes in homemade chocolate curls on top of the cheesecake:

The curls are a blend of dark and semisweet chocolate, and they stay very soft - never brittle or hard.

This cake has been described as "equivalent to, or even better than" the chocolate cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory.

St. Patrick's Day Cheesecakes

No, they're not green. But that's okay, cause I hate artificial coloring and flavoring anyway.
These are Irish Cream Miniature Cheesecakes.
With homemade caramel sauce.

And an Oreo crust.

Waaaaay better than anything green.

$.50 each or $5 for a dozen

And these guys are good enough that you don't need to wait until next year to order some.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

I know that everyone can make chocolate chip cookies - even if it's just getting a tub of cookie dough from the store or doing the slice-n-bake thing... or now, they even have packages of pre-cut cookies, where you just take them straight from the package to the pan. So yes, I know, I know, you all can make your own chocolate chip cookies.

But these cookies are literally the best cookies I have ever eaten. Every time I take a bite I am in shock and awe again because they are just so darn good. These cookies are literally engineered to be chewy (based on ingredient temperatures and ratios, and even whether to grease the pan), which is the ONLY way to have a cookie.

I don't give out these recipes... but I will tell you that these cookies do not have any shortening or oil in them - only butter (which always makes things delicious!)

Gorgeous and delicious.

If you'd like, I can make it with a different kind of chocolate (milk, semisweet, dark, bittersweet, or white).

$3 for a dozen or $20 for a batch of raw cookie dough
