Carrot Cake Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

These gorgeous little gems are the same recipe as my big carrot cake, but they're so much easier to serve to a group of people! Incredibly moist carrot cake is piled high with fluffy cream cheese frosting. I put raisins on top to distinguish those with and those without - the beauty of these little guys is that I can make any number with or without walnuts/raisins, so you can please everyone in the family.

The frosting is just as good as it looks - I promise!

Options: Can add raisins and/or toasted walnuts to any or all cupcakes

One Happy Customer Wanted To Say...

"First, the cheesecake was gorgeous. From the delicate carmelization of the top, to the rustic cracks, to the beautifully placed strawberry decoration, it was a feast for the eyes (and the nose, because it smelled TERRIFIC). I served it after a hearty dinner, and several people still went back for seconds. When I asked for reactions, my brother-in-law said: "Delicious...I'm going to need a second piece before I tell you anything more." My cousin called the cheesecake "exceptional," while several others echoed with "delicious." Personally, I loved the sweet crispiness of the caramelized sugar on top, the tender crust, and the velvety-smooth cake itself. It was light and creamy, not overly rich or too dense as many cheesecakes are. Your advice to serve it chilled was spot-on, as the texture improved even more when the cake was well-chilled. Overall, one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. Thank you so much for a tremendous dessert!"

Crème Brûlée Cheesecake

For anyone who has never had crème brûlée , first - I'm sorry. It is incredible. Second, it is a very rich custard that has been completely chilled, and right before serving, sugar is sprinkled over top, then caramelized with a handheld torch to golden-brown perfection. It is very rich and very delicious.

This delicious piece takes the best parts of cheesecake and crème brûlée and combines them for a visual and culinary showstopper!

This velvety rich cheesecake starts with a vanilla wafer crust. The filling is flavored with real vanilla bean and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, and made with only the best cream cheese. The
pièce de résistance of this beautiful cheesecake is a caramelized sugar topping. It is stunning and it is also delicious. It gives a really unique flavor to this cheesecake. I can't say enough about how much I love the texture and flavor of crème brûlée topping.

This gorgeous cheesecake is a stunning piece to serve at a birthday or family gathering.

$24

(This cheesecake can also be made into miniatures.)

White Cake with Cream Cheese-Whipped Cream Frosting... and Strawberries

Remember how I told you about the "America Cake" that could be made into a double layer?

Well, I just wanted you to see what it looks like.

First, it is very tall and very pretty on the outside.

Second, I put chopped strawberries as filling in the cake, because it was too hard to resist. There's also real vanilla bean in the cake.

So the inside is really pretty too.

I put tons of strawberries on top, too, cause strawberries are so delicious and so pretty.

I put a lot of strawberries on a lot of cakes. They're just so pretty and yummy.

Did I mention that this cake is really huge? And really pretty?

This double-layered white cake, made with real vanilla, is such a stunner. Two layers of white cake are frosted with a homemade cream cheese-whipped cream frosting, and both filled and covered with glazed strawberries.

When I was asking my friends what I should name this cake, my friend stopped licking his plate (seriously!) just long enough to say, "Yummy Cake." I don't think I'll go with that name, but that probably tells you how good this cake is!

"I wanted to tell you how much we absolutely loved the Chocolate Extreme Cheesecake. It was so rich and chocolate-y - its a chocoholic's dream! The taste and texture were amazing, and all the chocolate curls on top just made it even more incredible. All of us loved it, including my 2 year-old who kept asking for more. Be advised that I am going to be ordering cakes from you for everything - my birthday, my kids birthdays, Tuesday, etc. Thank you so much for such a great cheesecake."

Extreme Chocolate Cheesecake

This chocolate cheesecake really is extreme.

It starts with a homemade Oreo crust. Dark chocolate is added to an ultra-smooth cheesecake filling to make it extra decadent.

The ultimate touch of luxury comes in homemade chocolate curls on top of the cheesecake:

The curls are a blend of dark and semisweet chocolate, and they stay very soft - never brittle or hard.

This cake has been described as "equivalent to, or even better than" the chocolate cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory.

St. Patrick's Day Cheesecakes

No, they're not green. But that's okay, cause I hate artificial coloring and flavoring anyway.
These are Irish Cream Miniature Cheesecakes.
With homemade caramel sauce.

And an Oreo crust.

Waaaaay better than anything green.

$.50 each or $5 for a dozen

And these guys are good enough that you don't need to wait until next year to order some.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

I know that everyone can make chocolate chip cookies - even if it's just getting a tub of cookie dough from the store or doing the slice-n-bake thing... or now, they even have packages of pre-cut cookies, where you just take them straight from the package to the pan. So yes, I know, I know, you all can make your own chocolate chip cookies.

But these cookies are literally the best cookies I have ever eaten. Every time I take a bite I am in shock and awe again because they are just so darn good. These cookies are literally engineered to be chewy (based on ingredient temperatures and ratios, and even whether to grease the pan), which is the ONLY way to have a cookie.

I don't give out these recipes... but I will tell you that these cookies do not have any shortening or oil in them - only butter (which always makes things delicious!)

Gorgeous and delicious.

If you'd like, I can make it with a different kind of chocolate (milk, semisweet, dark, bittersweet, or white).

$3 for a dozen or $20 for a batch of raw cookie dough

Packaging

I just wanted everyone to see how the cakes are delivered. Each cake comes on a "cake board" and in a beautiful white box, which presents so well for a gift. You'll be more than happy to carry this into any get-together... and even more happy when you bite into the delicious cake inside!

But first, please enjoy the gorgeous frosting on a Chocolate Dream:

Sigh. It's just so pretty. And so yummy.

This is how your cake will be delivered. Sorry for the bad photos - it's really hard to take a photo while holding the top of a cake box open!

One Happy Customer Wanted to Say...

I did a cake giveaway recently, and Evan and Savannah McBride were the lucky winners. They chose the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and this is what they had to say:

"There are no words that exist in the all the human languages to describe how deliciously AMAZING that carrot cake is!!!!!! Seriously, we both agreed that it is the best cake we have ever eaten! We're sharing it with some family tomorrow (if there's any left after tonight :)) and I'll have to let you know what they think too. But oh my gosh, so good. The frosting was creamy and just devine, and then the cake! So moist! You will have to give me the recipes because I'm pretty sure I can't live the rest of my life without that cake! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!"

Maybe you should give it a try!

Thanks Evan and Savannah! Glad you guys liked it so much!

White Cake with Cream Cheese-Whipped Cream Frosting and Covered in Strawberries

This cake really is gorgeous. I love it. White 10x15 cake covered in cream cheese-whipped cream frosting, and smothered with glazed strawberries and blueberries to look like the American flag.

Now, I know this cake looks like a one-trick pony. But it's not - I can make it without blueberries, and I can also make an 8-inch round layer cake covered in strawberries. (I will have pictures of that soon.) This beautiful and delicious cake is definitely worth a try!
$20 for a 10x15 cake or 8-inch round 2-layer; $25 for a twice-as-high 10x15

Chocolate Dream

Incredibly rich and moist chocolate butter cake topped with a soft chocolate Italian Meringue buttercream. This is my dear (chocoholic) dad's favorite. I think he ate half a cake on his birthday. This beautiful butter cake is also available in vanilla, and there are multiple flavor options for the buttercream.

Personally, I think it's the perfect birthday cake.

But I might be a little (chocoholically) biased.

Sweet Heart - A Heart-Shaped Vanilla Pound Cake with Whipped Cream and Strawberries

This cake gets me every time, because it is just so dang cute. A single heart-shaped 8-inch layer of moist and rich vanilla pound cake is split and smothered with real whipped cream and strawberries, and topped equally adorably. Like with the normal-sized Vanilla Pound Cake Bundt, this cake is anything but vanilla - made with real vanilla bean and real Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, I use only the highest quality ingredients to bring you the best-tasting (and best-looking!) cakes.

It's what's on the inside that counts

Tell me that doesn't make you smile.
$15

Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This stunning cake sits very tall, with tons of cream cheese frosting on top. Two beautiful 8-inch round layers of incredibly moist spiced carrot cake are perfect for a birthday party or any family get-together. Be prepared to share - this rich cake serves at least 16! The cake comes with toasted walnuts and raisins, but I can leave either or both out on request.

This cake is a steal at $22, but I love making it and it's such a stunner that I'm willing to practically give it away

Vanilla Pound Cake

This delightfully rich vanilla pound cake is anything but "vanilla." In fact, being "vanilla" is a compliment - this cake is a triple threat of vanilla, including real vanilla bean and real Madagascar bourbon vanilla. It is gorgeous and presents really well for any occasion. To really increase the indulgence, add whipped cream and sugared strawberries for a stunning and spectacular presentation.

A shot of the entire cake, just so you know what you're really getting - it's huge!

A close-up of the whipped cream and sugared strawberries... just cause it's gorgeous

$24 for a Bundt or two 8x4 loaves; $28 for a Bundt with whipped cream and strawberries
