White Cake with Cream Cheese-Whipped Cream Frosting and Covered in Strawberries

This cake really is gorgeous. I love it. White 10x15 cake covered in cream cheese-whipped cream frosting, and smothered with glazed strawberries and blueberries to look like the American flag.


Now, I know this cake looks like a one-trick pony. But it's not - I can make it without blueberries, and I can also make an 8-inch round layer cake covered in strawberries. (I will have pictures of that soon.) This beautiful and delicious cake is definitely worth a try!
$20 for a 10x15 cake or 8-inch round 2-layer; $25 for a twice-as-high 10x15
